PEPPERBERRY, led by vocalist and songwriter Karnell Matthews, released their first single titled "This One''s On Me" (2007) featuring guest musicians: keyboardist Michael Parnell, guitarist Blues Saraceno (Poison, Ziggy Marley), bass guitarist Lance Morrison (Leann Rimes, Alanis Morissette) and drummer and percussionist Matt Laug (Alice Cooper, Christina Aguilera).
The two track single featuring songs "Lincoln Street" and "My Place With You," was produced by Karnell Matthews and Grammy Award Winning Recording Engineer and Producer Tom Weir (No Doubt, Eric Clapton, Blondie, Keith Richards), and was recorded at legendary Studio City Sound in Studio City, California.
Los Angeles, California based PEPPERBERRY is an alternative, rock band by today''s standards, but really falls into the category of good music with passionate, melodic phrasing.
