"At The End", the latest single after the release of her 2006 self titled EP, has received critical acclaim and industry attention for New York artist Margot Blanche.
With the simple words "only you can love yourself at the end of it all" Margot Blanche delivered an emotional edict. This is a gentle, a la Carole King ballad penned by Margot Blanche herself as an ode to empowerment and an opportunity to convey a positive message. Unlike the material on her previous EP, Blanche is taking a more organic, harder-edged approach on her new songs and songwriting. Written and recorded on her keyboard in her home studio, the intended ''scratch'' demo recording ended up being the chosen version for final release. Blanche comments, "It was recorded in one take and there''s no way that I could have reproduced the raw conviction and performance of that demo recording. No editing, no studio tricks, no fluff. Just intimate and honest."
Margot Blanche is currently writing and recording her debut album with renowned DJ/Producer https://www.tradebit.comis of Chrisma Productions. The album is scheduled for release in late 2007.
