Lavra singing is unique and precious heritage of the Orthodox singing culture with its origin in XI century (1091) in monastery, founded by inok Anthony arrived from Aphona. By the report of eyewitnesses, Lavra hymns are notable for solemn harmony, spiritual touching, prayer inspiration and peculiarity. True beauty, inner might, greatness, power- these were the reason for all orthodox Christians as well as for foreigners.
