One thing eventually led to another and they recorded their debut album, 2004''s "Tastes Like Burning." How does Macho Grande work? Easy. Tim Roan brings the baritone Kapow. Lindsey Kaufman hits you with something that can only be described as the sound of angels making little angels. Noah Davis plays one guitar like it''s the Showcase Showdown. Dan Becker plays the other one like it''s the Sale of the Century. Meanwhile in the back, Greg Wikoff and Gerald Cuesta lock in to form one hulking, magnificent Voltron of rhythm.
