About me:

As a kid, I was exposed to music almost every day. My dad loved to blast the speakers on his complicated and expensive stereo. David Bowie, Steve Miller, Kiss, Fleetwood Mac, Styx, Alice Cooper, Queen, Black Sabbath, and Pink Floyd were frequent guests in our house (in spirit).

I was a teenager in the 80s. Back then, Duran Duran was all the rage. I was more interested in exploring the depths of my Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, and Clapton albums. When I first picked up a guitar, it was ROCK that I wanted to play, no matter how unpopular it was at the time.

I''ve built my solo acoustic act on these foundations. My current favorites include Cake, Warren Zevon, Johnny Cash, and Eric Clapton. I''ve been told I sound like Lindsay Buckingham or "if Sheryl Crow were a man." It''s a bit less raucous than Kiss, but I still call it rock and roll.
