MP3 Teaspoon - My UK Survival

A strange mixture of quirkiness, sadness, Britishness and positivity.

11 MP3 Songs
POP: British Pop, ROCK: Acoustic

Details:
Teaspoon (not Teabag or Teapot, but Spoonie Tunes is ok) is a 26 year old musician based in Colne, Lancashire. He has been playing acoustically in the local area for a number of years and is renown for his emotive vocals and memorable lyrics.

Teaspoon cut his musical teeth busking in Sydney when he met his greatest inspiration - up and coming artist Paul Aiden

An experienced performer, Teaspoon touches audiences both on his own and with the band.

Influenced by Crowded House (Neil Finn is a god!!!), James Taylor, Terry Callier and Morrisey.

PLEASE NOTE: Teaspoon does not take drugs, but is prepared to pretend that he does since it worked for so well Pete Doherty!

Teaspoon’s debut album ‘My UK Survival’ is a very considered offering. The mature folky tracks are somewhat left-of-centre but still appeal to mainstream tastes. Covering more ground than the usual themes love and angst, the album feels like a complete chapter and, hand on heart, unique.
