Here is our first album. Recorded in 1996 by Jacques Cohen at The Space Recording Studio in beautiful Poughkeepsie. As I recall, the name Fantastic came from repeated use of Saul Rosenberg''s catch phrase from The Jerky Boy''s first album. We recorded about 12 songs during this session. We ended up taking the 5 best and making this an EP. The rest of the songs ended up on our second album - Don''t Follow Our Example. We just wanted to have a decent demo on CD that sounded good and represented our style. It''s probably the most straight forward rock stuff we have. However you can hear the oncoming weirdness on Excuse The Me with the extended theremin solo. Enjoy!
