Worship Leader Rob Whitlow was changed forever in the summer of 2006. After attending Worship Leader / Pastor Lindell Cooley’s “Encounter 2006” Worship Conference, Rob came back changed forever.
The conference totally “messed” him up in the Lord, and when Rob returned to his home church, nothing was ever the same again. People began worshipping like never before. There was a new praise, a new dance and a new level of singing as never before.
This project is a tribute to the success of that conference and what God did in and through Rob.
In fact, the songs “Shout for Joy” and “You Danced” were written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit outpouring from that conference!
After setting through the class on songwriting from Lenny LeBlanc (“Above All” songwriter), The Lord spoke to Rob and said “I have some music I want to pour through you. You are not here by accident, but by design.”
This project captures the two nights of praise and worship that was recorded in November, 2006. Pastor N.A. Bell is the Lead Pastor of Parc-Way Assembly of God. His wife, Michelle appears on the album speaking a Psalm of praise towards the middle of the project.
During that season, many were touched, healed and delivered. Jesus was exalted and glorified, and He showed up, just like He said he would!
We can only pray that the music on this CD causes you to seek His face the way it did for us, and that your life is forever changed by the worship experience you have when encountering a Mighty, Awesome and Wonderful Lord like ours!
