Hey folks:
I was checking out the digital downloads from the record, and was really suprised by the fact that so many folks downloaded "Build A Lie." I selected that song to open "Voice" because I struggle to compose upbeat material that maintains a darker side, but I thought that "Build" comes close to that goal. I''m glad folks find something to relate to there.
Back to the studio I go this weekend to work on a record with Tweed--we''ve been rehearsing material for a couple of months, and I hope you like the results. John Castello and I have been penning some new tunes, and Lyman Christensen promising some of his own tunes are on the way, so we''ll pull our resources and come up with the best recording we can.
BTW, for the folks out there in the Mohawk Valley, by all means, go check out the Reuben James. I caught them at the Shamrock Pub a couple weeks back, and it was the best performance I''ve seen out of them yet.
