The music predominantly has an Eastern influence, the first six tracks dedicated to energy/bodywork for Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Pilates, Yoga and Falun Gong or indeed any form of this type of complementary therapy or workout, and the last 5 tracks as meditation or relaxation... indeed a way to reflect on the chi experience.
