Thomas R. Mezzo has been composing music ever since he was thirteen years old living in North Plainfield, New Jersey. His early musical influences were Burt Bacharach, Henry Mancini, Hugo Friedhofer, Bernard Herrmann, Franz Waxman, Bronislaw Kaper, Dominick Frontiere, Michelle LeGrande, James Newton Howard, Laura Nyro and Alan Anthony Silvestri. Mr. Mezzo was captain of the United States Naval Training Command Drum and Bugle corps drum section while in bootcamp at Great Lakes, Illinois. He has a number of copyrights to his name and in his own words "quantity is not important but quality is". He is now 52 and resides in New Jersey with his family. He has had no formal training in music . Whatever he learned came by trial and error and the natural gift from God of music.
