DOUGHBOY was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Atlanta when he was nine years old. He has two other brothers that work with him on his music projects.
DOUGHBOY has had aspirations since he was eleven years old of becoming a Rap Star. He knew he was destined for stardom when he received his first accolades and awards at a talent show in elementary school. Since that time he has continued to excite his audiences at Atlanta Hot Spots such as The Atrium, The Aquarium (formerly known as Club FLAVA), and other venues.
Finally, after years of hard work DOUGHBOY has exploded onto the music scene with his first album release entitled, "IN DA GAME." DOUGHB0Y has completed some masterful work that is being played in clubs and he''s had airplay with "From Da'' ATL" featuring Bone Crusher. This song has generated electricity throughout the Southeast, Northeast, and even as far as Cali and Las Vegas.
He recently finished work on a mixed CD titled "Street Heat Vol. 1" which he and his team distributed during the Daytona Beach Black College Weekend. DOUGHBOY is continuously working on new projects with other artists as well.
He believes that God has given him this phenomenal talent to Rap and believes good things will happen. DOUGHBOY''s passion in life is to be successful and to be in a position to assist other artists realize their dreams.
