Details:
Founded in 1996, Dogwood Moon packed into a mini-van and began touring the USA relentlessly, not to mention doing some gigs in Holland and Belgium--ah, memories of beer, chocolate and fries. Comprised of Jonathan Grossman and Laurie Gunning Grossman, their electro-acoustic pop/folk songs are filled with tight vocal harmonies.
After releasing 4 independent CDs and living the life of road dogs, they got off the road in 2000 to settle down in Los Angeles--and to sleep in their own bed again. Now, Jonathan is the composer of the Emmy-nominated TV show, "Joan of Arcadia," while Laurie works as a vocalist. Still, Dogwood Moon lives on...and in 2005, they released their latest CD "Come & Go." It''s delicious ear-candy pop with hints of folk-rock.
