“There are only two mistakes that one can make along the road to truth; not starting, and not going all the way.” - Buddha In late 2006 Blind Dog Circus was born and Timothy Grant, Cory Jobin, Charlie Power and Mike Blais set out to create an original hard hitting sound that would incorporate aggressive melodies, an in your face guitar driven crunch and ear grabbing, radio-ready hooks. The chemistry between these four was incredible, and after just 4 months the band had recorded its first record “Act 1”. The band then hit the Ontario live music circuit and beyond with incredibly powerful, high energy shows that have won them a loyal following of hard rock fans all over the province. Due to the overwhelming amount of requests and the extreme rate of increasing popularity, Q92.1 FM invited Blind Dog Circus to their studios for an on-air interview with on-air personality Carly D. to discuss their first record, growing popularity and their CD release party. After the interview, Blind Dog Circus sold out their CD release party, all merchandise and sold a whopping 341 copies of their record on its first night of availability.
