droplet is a Twin Cities based pop-rock band fronted by singer-songwriter Chrissy Mitchell. The last several years have seen Chrissy''s musical journey develop from intimate solo performances on the coffee bar circuit to droplet''s full band shows, rocking some of the med-sized venues in the Twin Cities.
Chrissy''s 1998 debut CD, Blue Falls, attracted the attention of several local stations, with airplay on KFAI 90.3 FM''s Lee Combes Show, KQRS 92.5 FM''s Mei Young''s Homegrown Show, and The Point 104.1FM.
Minnesota''s Guitarist magazine described Blue Falls as:
