Details:
Containing bass and percussion backgrounds, accompanying a lead steel pan with conventional harmony. This CD was just an experiment and really ah first try for JR at recording, mixing, soloing and voicing. This is the first lead pan ever made for him by Mikey Enoch, which of course he fell in love with. There are some really good movements in it and it was tough to believe the accomplishment was that of a first timer of course, with a lot of encouragement from Al St. John and Richard Smith. So he finally decided to release it on CD Baby. We are sure if you like traditional Caribbean and World music selections you''ll enjoy at least two selections for the very least on this experimental CD. JR credits the Brooklynaires Steel Orchestra on this CD for their assistance and contributions to his steel pan and musical career especially Kenneth Moore, Jo Olivershea, Claude Wickam, Bonnie, Reggie, Leon, Winston, and Damon.
