Always had intense dreams about going into space. Dreams that seem so real that I felt the sensations of zero gravity.
I put the song "Our Spaceship" first because, to me, this song seems to tie all the other songs together, looking down on Earth from space trying to understand all the bad things whether natural or man-made. My voice or songs may not be all that great, but I sung these songs because of the intense feelings about things around me.
Always had a desire to make an album. But, was never interested enough in music, even though my music teacher said that I had talent to play instruments. Also sung some solo parts during my younger years. But, I just couldn''t get interested until about 1994 when learning some keyboard music. This was about the same time I wrote 3 songs and had them copyrighted. Sang these songs using already made background sounds such a reggae, soft rock, marching, etc from a computer software program. Had to find the right ones that sounded halfway decent with the lyrics that I sang. But, I just wasn''t happy with the songs and quickly abandoned them, doing nothing more, until 2005 after learning how to create my own background music.
Wrote 7 more songs, with my own background music as well. I was becoming very enthusiastic about my songs sounding better. Always preferred very soft music with very few instruments which made it so pleasureable for me to listen to.
My computer programming and keyboard skills were still improving. Learned how to create background music so I can sing much more natural. I was able to learn some special computer techniques which was able to let me put my CD together. Had just turned 60 years old when the CD was first being put together. Though a bit intimidating at my age, I decided to go for it anyhow, after the encouragement of several people who had listen to some of my songs.
May peace be with us all. Everyone of us must take responsibility and care enough to make our Earth a better place to live.
