Gestated in 1992 in Columbus, Ohio, Earwig has won over its share of fans, critics and industry insiders. The band''s full-length debut, 1994''s ''Mayfeeder,'' has sold roughly 2,000 copies, and the live follow-up, ''Bored in Chicago,'' has done equally well.
While supporting ''Mayfeeder,'' Earwig toured extensively nationwide, infecting fans across the country with their big hooks, melodic guitars and lyrical tales of the broken-hearted.
