This band was formed on a bet. A challenge between Mary Ralph and Rolando Palacios as to who could write better songs. After many a duel, mano a mano at a cafe in Oak Park, IL, the two came to like each other''s music and formed a band. The immediately recruited Gary from the cafe kitchen staff to play bass -- nevermind that he''d never played bass before. For this recording, veteran studio drummer Sam Koentopp rocks the percussion.
