Hovering at the fringes of commercial success and progressively building a steadfast following across the globe, singer-songwriter Kelly Christian delivers a catchy crossover sound that marries visceral instinct with traditional instruction.
Self-taught in voice, guitar, keyboards and harmonica at a very young age, Kelly was moved by rock-n-roll rhythm, but somehow felt a need to enhance the melodic aspect of rock. The result: a unique and sonically distinctive fusion of pop, rock and soul, somewhere between U2, Coldplay and The Beatles that appeals to fans of all ages and walks of life.
With an enormous range, both vocally and stylistically, Kelly delivers polished, soulful acoustic balladry at times, and powerful, rocking, hook-laden hits that he sings with an emphatic honesty that is hard to find and a technical ability that''s even tougher to beat.
Los Angeles has proven to be promising for artist Kelly Christian. He and his former band Catch 22 were featured on the Howard Stern Show and Access Hollywood.
