Glaccius - “The Concrete Kiid”
A solo artist originally hailing and born in Bronx NY. Glaccius moved to East Stroudsburg PA in early 90''s where he became serious about his art. Since then Glaccius has been recording music and perfecting his craft for over 10 years. Driven by the love and dedication to the culture of this music Glaccius released an album, "Amazing Things" in February 2000. The album was received with great reviews as well as sales through the underground markets. The debut album was a gritty and raw assembly of hard driven beats and fierce lyrics. Amazing Things was an album totally produced by Glaccius except for the track “Tuff Guy” produced by Dread Child-“Mr. Reck. Since then Glaccius has appeared on numerous mix tapes and have done multiple concerts and shows. From 1999 through 2003, Glaccius was involved in many promotional in store performances through Mike’s Movies and Music. He has done multiple “Collaboration of Mics” concerts. Glaccius has opened shows for different artists such as KRS One, Busta Rhymes, and also Nelly @ Bryce Jordan Center University Park PA, May 2002.
Glaccius has also produced commercials to promote his album through AT&T communications. 2003 He returned to the lab to work on the album, “All of My Dayz”. This album had more of a true to life tale of different stages that chronicled his life. Nevertheless, “All of My Dayz” the album was never released. After a short stint away from the studio, Glaccius returned to the scene in 2006 with a furious and vicious assault on the microphone. Glaccius prides his flow on staying innovative with his choice of vocabulary as well as clever and witty punch lines. His new album has production from a wide selection of up and coming producers and is sure to satisfy the hunger of those seeking the raw essence of Hip Hop. The EP “Believe In me” is set to be released in January of 2008. “Believe in Me” is the prequel to the full length album “Bet My life” set to be release. The video for Bet My Life was filmed in New York and East Stroudsburg PA. The album will feature a wide selection of stories, vivid tales of ambition and an abundance of raw rhymes and murderous metaphors. His upcoming album “Bet My life” is scheduled and anticipated to release in the Summer of 2008.
All music was recorded mixed and mastered at SoundMine Recordings. The Producers include: “DreadChild”, “Stress”, “Ducer”, and Ntelek.
