Having performed from the tender age of six and written songs since he was fifteen, Jody has many years experience as a singer/songwriter and musician. His style is eclectic: fusing elements of rock, blues, funk and pop, as well as more folky, acoustic elements with a melodic sensibility that is all his own. Never afraid of a challenge, Jody has spent the last four years self-financing his début album – a fourteen track all-originals CD entitled “Ten a Penny”, which is now ready and available. At present, he is studying a classical and popular music degree in Liverpool, and loving every minute of it. Jody is a firm believer in knowing your own identity and staying true to it. As he puts it: “Always be yourself...because if you can''t be that, what can you be?”
