Henrik Enskog "Så här i efterhand" Bio
Henrik is 29 and lives in Gothenburg where he also works as a computer guy, on this record he works with singer Tina Gyllenswärd, a local Jazz singer. They have worked together before, mostly at school shows and the like way back in the days. After not seeing each other for some 10 years they bumbed into each other at a local bar and after a few beers along with the DJ Tobias Mattsson, recently back from living in London, longing to hear some Swedish again.
They talked.. " Shouldn´t we do something?"
That many great plans made at night in bars never see the light of day we all now but this time it all worked well.
After many hours in the cascatoma studio the record was finished.
The tunes are about the common things in a life, relations,the Swedish midsummer celebrations, bar pickup´s, liquor, and all that evil death around us.
This is an acoustic album sung in swedish, but with a truly strange self-taught guitar technique it touches us all. On one track we have Mikael on Jembe. Mikael once studied classical guitar playing and his comment that his old guitar teacher would freak out if he ever saw Henriks way to take chords on the acoustic´ send us all laughing. We had a great time in the studio and i hope we can start on the second album soon.
