Details:
Michelle was born in 1960 and longed to become a hippy. Sadly, they were gone by the time she was old enough to become one, but there was still a lot of good antiwar protest music around. Later she found out about Bob Marley, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Alanis Morissette, Sarah McLaughlin - creative musicians who didn''t necessarily fit into molds.

Michelle''s music is inspired by a variety of styles and is sung with passion and/or humour. Her lyrics are inspired by life. As a forty-something woman, she has a lot of material - relationship issues, social and environmental concerns, having a laugh. The CD is like a musical short-story collection.

Michelle is a wife and the mother of five (count ''em, five) children. Her day job is being a physician. She spent many years in northern Canada and a couple of years in Newfoundland. She now lives in central Ontario.
