Currently receiving airplay on radio stations across the nation, Eric is continuing his never ending tour of small clubs and independent book and record stores across the country.
While RED is Hester''s first solo endeavor, this former ball bearing salesman is no stranger to the world of radio and record stores.
During the last half of the 80''s and continuing into the 90''s, Eric was the principal songwriter, guitarist and lead vocalist for the Southwest-based alternative band The Young Professionals.
Their aggressive style of chain saw pop, tight harmonies and energetic performances helped them become a CMJ staple.
Eric later became one-half of the nationally acclaimed male acoustic duo The Panhandlers.
Hester now calls Madison, Wisconsin home, where he teaches a Craft of Songwriting class and his traveling Music Business Seminar "How to get a Record Deal and other useful Music Business tips" for the University of Wisconsin.
