That’s my guide.” After the death of their executive producer at a young age, dreams for the sister group ended but that vision for Careyl never did. She went on singing in various groups, the soprano section, because she was very shy about being out front. I wasn''t until years later after a long illness that Careyl began singing lead, song writing and singing songs about her deliverance. Believing the God saved her "for such a time as this." and stepping out on faith, she dares to be different. She believes; the more Christian music not just for the body of Christ but it should be in the main stream where more souls can hear the good new and live. "Faith comes by hearing."She says, "I feel favored to have even a small part of this revolution to spread the word to the world.
I have my dad and mother to thank for my love of the Lord. My mother for her love of music and singing around the house every day of my childhood. She always insisted that I and all of her children use their God given talents. Her soulful singing style is my inheritance.”
