A Turning Point really started in the middle of 2007. We had all been friends and all saw a great opportunity in being able to write, rehearse, and perform the kind of music that meant something to us, and that''s what we''ve been doing since the beginning. We write music that connects with our lives and music in which others can relate and connect to. Every note we play at every venue we perform at, we play for everyone who took the time to listen to us. Without all our friends, we''d never make any progress. And with them, we feel like we can only move forward with hard work and sincere effort. Hey guys! We''re a band out of the Chicago suburb of St. Charles. We actually started playing together around the beginning of March 2007, but John (vocals) and Kevin (drums) had been experimenting on and off with other band members for a little while before hand, and found their search was finally over when they realized that owen (guitar) and austin (bass) had been available for quite some time. Things are going great and we''re constantly creating new songs and ideas. Our aim is to create music that is fun, unique and appealing to a variety of audiences. We really hope you enjoy it.

The band consists of four local high school friends who got together in 2007 and began to jam. They write, rehearse, and perform their own music. John LaDeur sings vocals, Owen Szorc plays the guiter, Austin Radous handles the bass, and Kevin Slattery covers the drums.
Since their first CD release on Feb. 16, the groups’ popularity has been rising. The band hopes to spread its music and thanks their fans for all the support.
