Josh Sinton conceived the band holus-Bolus in winter of 2004. Individually, the members of holus-Bolus (Josh Sinton, Jeremy Udden, Peter Bitenc and Mike Pride) have played all over the world (India, Ethiopia, Belgium, Shanghai, New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Nashville, Israel). Collectively they combine their experiences to form a cohesive unit. Their music runs the gamut from garage rock to jazz to experimental sounds. They offer an eclectic take on American Improvised Music. Playing both original compositions and ''unlikely'' cover tunes, they are determined to rock.
