If you like songs with layers of melody and lyrics which have deep meaning, then this album is for you. I pull no punches in revealing who this album is about. Jesus is the theme in all the songs. We had a series in our home bible study which was about reaching out to your friends and family members. It allowed me to realize how we sometimes get concerned about the ones in foreign lands and forget about our buddy we see each day at work or school. We forget that he or she needs the Lord just as much as the ones thousands of miles away. It is awkward and uncool talking about Jesus in the workplace but your friends may not have but one chance to meet Jesus. You may be the one chance. I was also touched by the rising genocidal tendency throughout the world. Once again I placed 18 songs on the album. These are melded together to make a snapshot of scenes where folks can only be rescued by the power of Jesus Christ. I try to put myself in the place of those diciples who watched Jesus die and rise again, the house wife who struggles with guilt, the co-worker who is hurt by his Christian friend because he won''t share the gospel with him, and so on. I hope it touches you like the ones I performed these songs before. I also think of the ones who come to church for the wrong reasons and they need to se the Jesus in front of them.I know it is hard to reach this jaded world in which we live but we should at least tell the good news to our closest work mate.
