A-P is a Multi-talented Hip Hop Artist from Pittsburgh Pa. He started rapping and making beats at the age of 16. Alongside of his Partner Mr. 88 Keyz, they started a group Called P.C.O. (Pimp City Outlaws) which included A-P, Mr. 88 Keyz and 4 Pound. After working on several local hits, the group split up in 2000 (Though Mr. Keyz and A-P are still partners) In 2001 A-P left Pittsburgh and moved to Washington State. After being dormant for 2 years due to personal matters, A-P came back strong with a HUGE underground hit "Get Up" which created a buzz about the rapper.
Soon after he signed with Still Standin Ent. and was the rapid fire spitting member of the Group T.K.O. They dropped their debut album "Time Knowledge Opportunity" which included the single "Okay" which was produced by Mr. 88 Keyz. In 2006 A-P dropped "The Most Wanted Mixtape" with fellow T.K.O. member Verzatile. Since then the two have seperated from T.K.O. in the persuit to get signed by a major label.
The Truth in the Booth is A-P''s first true solo album.
