“UNSUNG” is my first collection of instrumental tracks for tv & film. I recorded it with the same team of musicians, Armand John Petri, Joe Rozler and John Caruso, who performed on the lion''s share of my previous release and allowed me to stretch them like Gumby dolls for this diverse group of compositions. These tracks vary from children’s tunes to fun & quirky pop to vintage & retro to anthem-like action rock tracks. So far, 6 of the 15 have already been placed in television shows such as MTV''s “Exposed,” “Access Hollywood,” “Ace Of Cakes,”
“America’s Funniest Animals & People” and “Kids Space” as well as the 2006 Winter Olympics, Torino, Italy.
In addition, through 2008, I am donating proceeds from this CD and my previous 2 releases, "Pearl Diving" and "ON" to my sponsored child, Solomon Kembo in Zimbabwe. Money from CD sales will be used to benefit him and his family, along with many other children and adults throughout their village, the Mudzi ADP. They, and all of Zimbabwe, are in a terrible crisis of drought, the worst they''ve seen in many years. Also, the schools are in desperate need of supplies, and the students in need of tuition fees. So, I''m asking music lovers everywhere to please help me to help them.
