I grew up in the 60''s listening to the Blues and Rock and Roll of the 50''s such as Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley. The bands of the 60''s I like to listen to is The Beatles, Cream, and Jimi Hendrix. The bands of the 70''s I like to listen to is the Allman Brothers, The Eagles, and ZZ Top. The bands of the 80''s I like to listen to is The Black Crowes, Guns ''n'' Roses, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The bands of the 90''s I like to listen to is Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and The Smashing Pumpkins. During the 80''s we played in several night clubs. We played covers and integrated the blues as the night progressed. During the 90''s we concentrated on playing the blues. We played in B flat most of the time because of our horn player. We played in one night club where we invited musicians off the street to sit in with us. I can remember one musician that sat in with us. He was a harmonica player. Man that guy split atoms with that harp! Just Jammin'' is a mix of original rock and roll influencd by many of great bands and experiences from the past to the present.
