Ken Mustaafa Howell, was Born in the Bronx in September 14, 1975 and is the founder of DBNEB MUSIC GROUP LLC. However, his passion for music extents for over 25 years. His passion for music began at a very young age.
"I was 5 years old when i took my very allowance and brought me a 45 record, Lynn Collins, Think, and it was on James Brown/Maceo People label, so now you see the passion that I have for music!".
Ken Mustaafa, also knows what it takes to rock a party, for he used street perform and Dj for many years and still currently spinning on occasions, however, upon making his first record, his lyrics were stolen before copyrighted.
This really upset him and that''s what inspired him to learn the whole business of recording and selling good music within the industry, moreover, inspiring the label DBNEB MUSIC, Whom he partnered with his long time K.V.
After conquering his immediate business goals, Ken Mustaafa began to explore different aspect of music venturing out to the Soul Dance Music/House/club experience,at different clubs (for example; The Paradise Garage, Club Zanzi Bar, The Loft, and Club Shelter. However, Ken Mustaafa began feeling the vibrous sounds that club producers use the influence the dancers,club goers, and music appreciaters. Dj''s and fans from New York to Taiwan (courtesy of Dj Nephi Tsi), feel Mustaafa''s music vibes.
Ken Mustaafa spun music on sets with Djs Sa''d Ross, Naeem Johnson, Andre Collins and other house music djs around the New York area.
