For one hundred and fifteen years, The Singers’ Club of Cleveland has been delighting Greater Clevelanders with concerts of men’s choral music. Founded in 1891, the Club gave its first public performance in Cleveland on May 19, 1892. Throughout its history, The Singers’ Club has featured the finest in choral music, dynamic young soloists, and internationally known guest artists.
From the beginning, membership of The Singers’ Club has reflected a cross section of the Greater Cleveland area, from students to retirees, from blue-collar workers to corporate executives, all sharing a love for fine choral music. The group actively supports the vocal arts through annual scholarships awarded to area voice students through the S. Livingston Mather Competition, honoring the former member whose charitable trust funds the top scholarship. Additional awards are made from the George L. Hackett Scholarship Endowment Fund and the Albert Rees Davis Endowment Fund, Inc.
Let All Men Sing is a compilation of inspiration men’s choral music that the Singers’ Club has performed in recent concerts.
