One of my favorite ways of singing is to sing into the Tibetan Singing Bowl. I am told that our combined voices create a mystical sound experience that is profoundly peaceful, and at the same time creates an enhanced medium for healing, clarity and joy beyond the benefits of listening to the bowls alone.
"Sacred Surrender" came about through awaking one morning with a “knowing” that I was suppose to create a CD. I was to take my Tibetan Bowl, and a rattle to the recording studio and merely follow the inspiration that would come to me moment by moment. Feeling denied of my customary record-redo cycle was a huge challenge for my perfectionist nature. The process was indeed a sacred surrender.
