Phil Broikos is currently at work on an ambitious new project called “oneperweek.” The venture involves writing, arranging, recording, and releasing one new original song weekly (https://www.tradebit.com In collaboration with other artists, the songs are accompanied by videos (https://www.tradebit.com An upcoming cd is scheduled to be released in connection with the project.
Broikos has performed as a touring member of The Push Stars and can be heard playing on the soundtrack recordings for There''s Something About Mary (“Everything Shines”) and Me, Myself, and Irene (“Bad Sneakers”). He has done studio work for a diverse mix of artists, including The Push Stars (Capitol Records), Gemma Hayes (Source Records), Jim''s Big Ego (Independent), and G. Love and Special Sauce (unreleased demos).
