I''m so very pleased to be able to share this new re-release of this "inspired" Special “Live In Concert” Album, "IN MY MOTHER’S EYES". There are also two VERY SPECIAL Studio Tracks that have been added at the end of the album. They are, “In My Mother’s Eyes” and “My Best Friend Here on Earth” (Studio Versions).
The Lord thought so much of His own Mother that even while on the cross, He made provisions for her when He told the Disciple John that she was now his mother and John was now her son. It is said that Mary spent the rest of her life in Ministry with John.
I am so very blessed to have my dear Mother with me in this precious Music Ministry the Lord has given to us. We pray that His Love comes shining through and that you and your Mother and Grandmother will be equally blessed through this album.

Brief Bio:
Cathy Ellis has been a believer since 1972 and has had hit songs out there since 1978 beginning with "Child", which was the number one Contemporary Gospel Song on the National Gospel Charts that year. Cathy gives all of the Glory to the Lord for these precious songs. A graduate of the University of Miami''s School of Music, Cathy received both her Bachelor''s and Master''s Degrees in Music from the UM. She is President of EFM Productions, Inc. and has been involved in many aspects of the Music and Film Industries including as Artist, Producer, Choreographer, Writer, Director and Author. Most recently, her first hard bound book, "My Life With Mom" was released to rave reviews. As producer, she, and her Mother, Esther, have co-produced Nancy Haywood''s "Brand New World" CD and Kyle Bielfield''s "In My Father''s House" CD and Music Video. Currently in production are three more albums and the film musical, "Fernando & Me", which premiered in June.

Some of these songs were Nominated for Billboard Awards and for Grammys. Even though this is nice, the most important thing is that hearts and lives are touched for and by the Lord through these songs. Be blessed!

Track 2: "MY BEST FRIEND HERE ON EARTH"
Next to the Lord Himself, My Mother IS my Best Friend Here on Earth. Mom, Esther, joins me on this song! A real treat!
Track 3: "THE LOVE IN HIS EYES"
We had a real Miracle while Mom was in the hospital and this song tells the story!
Track 4: “STILL SMALL VOICE"
As the Prophet Elijah sat up on the mountain, the Lord showed him that He speaks not in a whirlwind or a quake or fire, but in a STILL SMALL VOICE. So, we all need to get quiet and listen so we can hear the Lord!
Track 5: "I KEEP MY PROMISE"
When the Lord gives you a Promise, He Keeps His Promise. We just have to wait on Him to bring it about in His Time.
Track 6: "FRIEND"
This is a song favorite. It is on the “Apple of God’s Eye” Album. The Lord truly IS our Friend!
Track 7: "OH, THE LORD IS FAITHFUL"
He truly is Faithful!!!! He is Faithful who has Promised!
Track 8: "ALWAYS HAVE A DREAM"
Without a vision the people perish! We must all have dreams and visions and goals from the Lord! It IS what keeps us living! You are never to old to have a dream! Look at Abraham!
Track 9: "PSALM 91"
“He that dwelleth in the Secret Place of the Most High SHALL abide under the Shadow of the Almighty”! What a great place to be, under the arm of the Lord, protected, defended and loved!
Track 10: "THE FIRST TO GIVE’
The Lord set an Example to us all in how to live and be towards our fellow man and how to be the first to forgive and to forgive quickly. This song is also on the “Apple of God’s Eye” album.
Track 11: "CHILD’
A crowd favorite, this song was a number one song in the nation and nominated for a Grammy. It is from the Heart of the Lord to His hurting kids. He wants us to know that there is nothing that He can’t do, if we let Him. This song has been sung by a number of Artists and is the title song on my first album, “CHILD”, also available here at CDbaby.
Track 12: "APPLE OF GOD’S EYE”
You might remember this song from the CD of the same name available here at CDbaby. I am joined by on guitar my dear friend and gloriously gifted guitarist Donn Legge.
