Incisive is the answer to the UK’s question of hip hop mainstream success. Consistent, full and vibrant production gives him the perfect “easy on the ears” platform to lay down his clever, witty, undeniable flow. His musical beginnings are traced back to 1992 in a duo called I.n.A - Incisive & Adrenaline but it was not until 1998 that they recorded their first album and were able to showcase developing skills in the final of Choice FMs Rapology ‘98. Incisive understands the value of planning and patience and so since then, has nurtured and refined his skills by recording another two fully independent albums and securing regular airplay on pirate and mainstream stations such as Choice, kiss and 1xtra from tracks on the albums as well as features with his musical counterparts – the most notable being the underground banger London N.E.W.S alongside Baby Blue, Sway and J2k produced by long time friend Nutty P. Only through an informed choice being aware that he was not fully prepared and wanting to finish university was it that he did not push the radio buzz further. Fast forward to now – fast forward to the preparation, planning, and patience paying off. Now a solo artist Incisive is ready to take on the mainstream. His freshman self entitled album stays consistent with his name. Almost completely self produced, engineered and mixed this effort opitimises the term independent but plays like it has had the backing of major. Production still consistent full and vibrant - flow just as clever and witty. Incisive brings his own depth, humour and real music to the scene and does UK Hiphop proud in his debut Release single.
