The upbeat vocal dance/pop sounds of Oscillator X are the brainchild of Kyle Ward and John Mendenhall. The duo have been producing together since 1999, drawing on a wide variety of dance music styles from electro to eurodance and beyond. Oscillator X songs have been featured in several video games including the In The Groove series as well as the Pump It Up series. Additionally, The pair have traveled all over the world to perform their high energy live concerts and are the co-owners of the record label SCI Recordings.

When Machines Dream was founded in the late 90''s by John Mendenhall. An Obsession with the sounds of analog synthesizers and drum machines, coupled with a lifelong interest in science fiction formed the basis of his vision for the new project. In this vision, the lines between the virtual and the tactile smear together - synthesis of man & self-actualized machines in a pixilated, dystopian future. The resulting sound is an eclectic mix of Dance, New Wave, Trance and Drum ''N Bass, forged with a vast array of classic and modern synthesizers and Drum Machines.
