YellowDog has an 8 year history that began when they wrote the original score for a rock musical inspired by David Bowie''s "Major Tom" character. After that project, the band continued to write over 100 original songs together and play live shows throughout the New York Tri-state area. YellowDog''s latest effort, "Hourglass" is a reinvention of their sound, as Matt Bregartner, Patrick Uptain and Sean Naughton take the combined lead as singers for the band, each with their own unique vocal style. YellowDog''s sound is a combination of The Black Crowes, Radiohead and Tom Petty.
YellowDog''s long awaited new album, Hourglass is an original interpretation of the best vinyl classic rock. Three singers, each with their own unique style, take you on a 13 song journey that feels both familiar and new.
