Details:
Club Voodoo was released in Perth, Western Australia in June, 2002. It was the first full-length CD from Greene, fulfilling the promise of the preceding EPs ''Blue Feathers'' and ''Voodoo Babies''.
The tracks range in style from the evocative balladry of ''RFC97'' and the acoustic syncopation of the title track to the progressive guitar fireworks of ''The Garden of Good and Evil'' and ''Amazing Tales''.
The voice of Graham''s wife Donna Greene features on three of the seventeen tracks (''Eternity'', ''Walk On Water'' & ''Home'' - all co-written with Graham), with eerie ''voodoo vocals'' on a fourth -
The inter-dimensional flight of fancy, ''Sliders''.
While showing off plenty of guitar prowess, the tracks on Club Voodoo lean heavily towards melody and structure in their makeup, showing Greene''s skills as composer and arranger.
Graham Greene has another CD on CD Baby, titled ''Gaia Rising''. The 6 track mini CD features instrumental tracks showing Graham''s mellower side, being more ambient in vibe. The Gaia Rising page also includes a more detailed biography (see link).
There is one copy of Club Voodoo left on CD Baby. When it is sold, there will be no more copies made available, as the CD is going to be discontinued.
