Serving as a vehicle for introspection, inspiration and rejuvenation, this group composes intelligent music as a portrait of life, with each song serving as a depiction of an experience unlike the others. Cities Over Seas is the collaborative effort of Doug Campbell and the members of Slow Release (Alex Butler, Matt Durkin and Craig Marrer), with the addition of Joe Parker on drums. Cities'' members hail from the Rochester, Syracuse and Albany areas. All of the members in the band attend college in Potsdam, NY.
