"Glueckskind“ is breaking in! Just founded and full of energie and motivation, the band is located on the right track to
achieve its aim. Being part and parcel on that journey is the disaffection of the predominant monotony of the current themes in pop. The lyrics consist of a whole lot more than just the subject ‘love‘:
On behalf of the band stands life and its perfidies, interpersonal relationships, difficulties, which are implicated through the day and all the more. All that is presented in a definite and conspiciuous speech.
Grooves and catchy melodies are the foundation which connect those live - and studio adepted musicians. The band members come from different Geman and dutch cities and scraped home in the end of 2007. Rehearsals take place at Wiesbaden (Germany), where they can share their creativity and get prolific. No matter if it‘s songwriting, a photoshoot or even little studio productions (e.g. EP 2008) ‘‘Glueckskind“ is always takin‘ the challenge and makes something good of it.
The music comes from the heart, is true and danceable. Played by the four musicians Benjamin Geyer, Florian Stein, Markus Vieweg and Jannis Knuepfer. Through their musical cooperation over years as a backup band for different soloartists, the wish was born to build up a new band with own songs, melodies and harmonies. Solely the charismatic female frontsinger Helen Kaiser, who got to know Jannis through studies in the Netherland, could complete the band.
To find such a group, which is fitting both musically and anthopogenic so well doesn''t seem as a matter of course. It‘s probably luck. So it didn‘t take long to get this Band a name: ‘‘Glueckskind‘‘ is new, refreshing and still well versed. A composition which is not only liked by us!
