Gruvis Malt started in 1995 in basements and attics. In 1997, Gruvis Malt was introduced to the world opening for Huey Lewis and The News in 48 markets worldwide. When things with Huey took a turn for the worst, GM started writing whole albums about the falling out, and sending them to Huey''s ex-girlfriends. This brought them more notoriety and critical acclaim given that most of the world was relieved to have their disdain for Lewis and his News verbalized so proficiently by a rock band. Soon the band had released 7 albums mocking Huey Lewis and His News, and the world was bored with them. So they did some crap called Futurock.
