While nursing one day, I realized that every Mom could benefit from actual sounds of a child feeding while pumping! You hear over and over that a breastfeeding Mom will "let down" at the sound of a hungry child. To use this response to a Mom’s advantage, I created a pumping companion CD so all women choosing to pump in a work place can listen to the precious sounds of a child breastfeeding.
Personally, I have found simple meditation and visualization helps release life’s daily tensions. Mind Music & Milk includes several basic guided exercises that will promote relaxation, wellness, and serenity. I hope the companion CD will lessen the distractions associated with pumping. They did for me.

About Us
My husband and I were very committed to providing each of our boys the very best natural milk supply we could and were very fortunate to have worked through the hurdles associated with breastfeeding and work. Since we were successful, we felt strongly about sharing a resource and tool with other working Moms that supports their commitment to providing breast milk to their child even when they return to the workplace.
Lactation specialists and medical professionals advise pumping mothers to use visualization and smell to stimulate milk let down...now we can add the power of hearing a baby suckle. As nursing Moms, we experience first hand the power of another child''s cries or coos. This let down or warm sensation reinforces the importance of sound, meditation, and visualization that Mind Music & Milk offers.
As students of hypno-therapy and mediation we strived to produce a pumping companion that combined authentic infant nursing sounds with both self-guided meditation and visualization exercises.
