A little background on "Frustration, Tragedy, & Lies":
YES, this is the classic Lazy Cowgirls song that you all know and love from the Crypt Records release, "Ragged Soul".
NO, this is not the same version. This was recorded by Pat Todd & The Rankoutsiders back in 2006 at Earle Mankey''s (fmr. Sparks guitarist and engineer extrordinair) home studio. It features Pat on vox, Tony Hannaford and Nick Alexander on guitar, Roy J. Morgan on drums, and Rick Johnson on bass. This in fact, is the only Rankoutsiders recording featuring this line-up and was recorded specifically for the EA game, NASCAR 07. They did use the song in the game, but not the new version (they went with the Cowgirl one).
So their loss is your gain. We think this is the best version- yeah, mostly cuz we''re on it, but the sound is great, the bottom end is air-tight and Pat 2006 could obliterate Pat ''96... Check it out if you don''t beleive us...
As for the other track, "I Won''t Forgive You", this is a Pat Todd heartbender of the highest caliber... for your listening pleasure...
