The Wildcard Family Revival was formed one cold and stormy winter night when the heavens were aligned. Cousins & cohorts, Johnny Foodstamp & Danny Wildcard came to the conclusion that rock and roll in Nashville lacked any amount of backwoods soul. The Revival had begun. After several months of intensive drinking, debauchery and song writing Foodstamp and Wildcard picked up a group of traveling vagabonds. With the steady beat of Agnes Headrush Sr., Bobby Dean Haircut, and Long-John the Baptist to back up their raucous Hollerin'' and fervent picking this band of brothers decided to kidnap a violin player and a scholarly mandolinist to really even things out. Hence the Revival was formed.
