This album contains music that is stylistically different than Satyen''s previous material. The first track, "Thrive Alive", is the only song taken from the large catalog of music that he wrote for his former band, Jiva Train. Each song was written and recorded with a new mindset and writing style. Satyen has always striven for variety in each aspect of music; as a writer, performer, and listener. This album represents yet another musical side. His approach with this EP was to write songs focusing on specific sounds and have production play a major role in the songwriting. This result brings him closer to the writing style of bands such as Radiohead, Brian Eno, and The Flaming Lips.
