I started smoking cigarettes again after Warren Zevon died of lung cancer, his death hit me so hard. This CD made me stop smoking to live up to Zevon''s memory and what he meant to me. My first book, MANIC IMPRESSION tells of my experiences with three decades of undiagnosed manic depression during which time I was hospitalized twice and homeless once, to end up in films worldwide with my acting and music and underwriting and executive production. While in states of undiagnosed mania I worked in sex shows and interacted with hookers. I am President of The Hemmerling Foundation which is the 2003 Repient of THE HEROES OF THE HEART AWARD awarded by THE CHILDREN OF THE NIGHT for rescuing children from street prostitution.
