Originally intended as a self published private project, Eric''s first album Mended Again took on a life of its own especially after placing it on CDBaby back in January of 2003 when a radio station in Hamburg, Germany picked it up off of the New Listings and gave the title track extensive airplay! From there Eric the album became a favorite in certain areas such as Northern California''s KMUD and affilates...Eric did a mini-tour in the Redway area in August 2004...very cool.
In February of 2004 Eric was signed to a song placement agreement with BuzzCuts Music in Manhattan! Also the result of the CDBaby placement...
Now Eric has released Head Over Heels, a very personal and present group of songs recorded with Chris Cubeta his producer on the first project. These songs touch people without fail and create an atmosphere at Eric''s gigs that bring everyone in the room closer...and then they just have to dance! A recent fund raising party performance was described by the organizers as "a total success with people dancing like crazed rock and roll lunatics."
Eric and the band play most weekends in a variety of venues and have developed a loyal following of fans who often sing along with the lyrics...very, very, cool.
This summer''s highlight was a mini-tour in Falkland,Fife, Scotland with the finale being a benefit concert for the Cairn Mohr Childcare Partnership held on the grounds of Falkland Palace! Eric is already invited back for August 2006 and plans are in the works for an earlier tour to Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany where Head Over Heels and Mended Again are getting good airplay...Eric''s response to these developments: "Nothing less than a dream come true..."
